For the first time
we had the pleasure to meet and see Dwight Icenhower in person in
Collingwoood, Canada, this past weekend. His voice is just amazing and
big congratulations, Dwight, on the 1st place, you were the best!!! Hope
you come back next year!
Also big thank you to Irv Cass for putting on a wonderful show on
Saturday night along with Pete Paquette, Donny Edwards and Shawn Klush,
it was without any doubt the best show we have ever seen. Irv is so
great doing Elvis' movie years and his performance of " If I can
dream" in that white outfit was just electrifying!!! Also thanks to
Justin Edwards for doing such a great job, everybody in Collingwood
knows he deserved much better, the judges this year didn't know what
they were doing (maybe too much heat). Justin, you deserved to be in the
finals and don't worry, you'll get there next year. Canada wants you
back, everybody up here loves you! Thanks guys for doing all the venues
around the town, in that heat and time pressure, it was really sweet of
you and it shows your passion for performing Elvis' music. Wish you all
the best of luck in upcoming competitions and shows and hope to see you

performance it was worth the 31/2 hours - you do have Elvis's body in
yours for all your moves - your entertaining and funny - it was a

I have seen Irv
Cass several times. I have not seen him in almost 5 years. Is he still
singing. When is his next show or shows in Michigan? I had also heard

and well and still making his audiences happy. he is indeed married and
has an adorable baby - Preston. Preston will be a year old in October
and is the apple of his Dad's eye! |

This is the second
time I was lucky enough to see Doug Church in Person. I saw him 7-7-07
in Burlington County NJ. My 8 year old daughter was so excited she got
to come with me this time and see "Elvis". She was a little disappointed
because during the show she ran to him but he walked past her and gave
his scarf to someone else. She said she wanted to get it to surprise me
for my birthday. I thought that was sweet. and the whole way home she
talked about How cool it was the Elvis's son sings gospel music. I let
her know that wasn't his son and she said she thinks he is because he
looks just like him! we had a great time! he is an awesome performer!
