A very late
Happy New Year to every one out there in the Elvis world. We hope you
all have a very good year before you, may the Lord bestow His blessings
on you.
We would like to thank those who attended our show the night of January
16, 2007. It is wonderful to see the smiles on every ones faces.
We do regret that we had to cancel out for the cruise because of
illness. You all do not know how much we miss seeing each of you, the
many friends we knew while up north. Yet, while we can, we will carry on
the spirit of Elvis and share our gift of singing, with as many people
that the Lord allows us to.
Thank you all once again for the prayers and thoughts. Take care.

I've been a
Elvis impersonator for 27 years and also a big fan of the man and the
music. I do the smaller kind of shows that are reserved for birthdays or
anniversaries and have the utmost respect for those who do the larger
Vegas type shows. I've never tried to join any ETA club so i thought i
would try yours. also you might know a friend of mine his name is "rockin
Ronnie romance" he claims to have met Irv Cass at a Elvis look-a-like
contest a few weeks ago. hope to hear from you soon. thank you |

attended concert featuring Eric Erickson. Mr. Erickson's portrayal of
Elvis was right on and very upbeat and entertaining. it amazed me that a
man of 67 could display such energy. |

I attended an
excellent concert at Arcadia Village Country Club on Tuesday, January
16, 2007. Eric Erickson is the best Elvis impersonator I have ever seen.
He is certainly an entertainer as well as a singer. I enjoyed every
minute of it and will attend future concerts when he is in my area. |

I was just
looking at some video from Dewey Beach this past September. What a great
time that was with so many great ETAs. Irv, Ronnie and Jerome were great
hosts. There are never any shows or contests in the Philadelphia, PA
area. Maybe EEN should consider one. There are lots of Elvis fans here.

I don't know if
any of you guys would be interested in a benefit performance, but the
Mississippi Gulf Coast is still a pretty big mess & the people there
still need help. I'm afraid people have forgotten. We have a pretty big
coliseum here in Philadelphia, MS., about 2 1/2 hrs from the coast, that
would be a great place for something like that. Just a thought!

I saw Quentin
Flagg on the "Almost Elvis" documentary. I remember thinking what
awesome vocal ability for such a young man & how I'd love to hear him
perform in person some day. Come on down to birthplace of the king and

I saw Mr.
Robert Washington in the "Almost Elvis" documentary movie. His vocal
ability is amazing! Even when he speaks he sounds just like Elvis. 2
nights ago on Jan 5, 2007, I had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Irv Cass,
who was also in that documentary, and Mr. Brandon Bennett in concert in
my hometown, Philadelphia, MS. @ Silver Star Casino. I've seen a few
impersonators now, and these 3 guys are my favorites. Hope one day Mr.
Washington will do a show in Mississippi or close enough I'll get to go.
Guys please do keep up the good work! Mississippians, as well as people
from all over the world do take you very seriously & we are so proud of
the way you guys pay tribute to the greatest performer of all time!

I saw Mr.
Bennett at a concert at Silver Star Casino, Philadelphia, MS. 2 nights
ago. I got goose pimply bumps when he appeared on stage in that gold
lame jacket, then in the black leather from the '68 comeback special,
looking so much like the king. His vocal abilities are amazing also.
They also had a look-a-like contest which was great. Mr. Irv Cass easily
won that one. We sure got a double treat that night! Both performers are
amazing! Hope to see them again soon. |
